About E.J.

I come from a family of real estate professionals. My grandfather, a Chinese immigrant who arrived in 1910 with $20 to his name, acquired a small piece of land in 1929 in a trade with another immigrant. He slowly acquired more. My father followed his father's footsteps and turned Grandpa's holdings into a family-owned real estate business.

As a boy, I spent countless hours driving in the family station wagon with my dad, evaluating properties for purchase and sale. In 1992, I first got my real estate license. I derive tremendous satisfaction from working with all different kinds of clients at various stages in their lives. For me, working in real estate is about helping clients get exactly what they need. There's nothing more satisfying.

I live in the Mt. Baker neighborhood of Seattle with my wife and two kids.
